Lodging and Meals

We can accommodate up to 70 guests overnight, between two lodging buildings. We provide bathmats & blankets and guests bring their own bed linens, towels, and toiletries. With advance notice, we can provide linens for your group for a nominal additional cost.

The Main Lodge, has 5 guestrooms, four with 4 single beds and one with 2 single beds and 1 full-size bed. The total sleeping capacity of the Main Lodge is 20 people. Every guestroom has its own private ensuite full bathroom.

The North Lodge can accommodate up to 50 guests in 10 guest rooms. Each room has 3 single beds and 1 full-size bed. The total sleeping capacity of the North Lodge is 50 people. Every guestroom has its own private ensuite full bathroom.

Below you will find a layout of each of the lodges, retreat leaders are provided with a rooming list to complete prior to arrival.

We prepare all meals with fresh ingredients and special attention to detail and the quality of food.  Our Chef-inspired meals are balanced and planned to ensure that all guests are accommodated.  We serve meals in the Main Lodge at large communal gathering tables at designated times.  Typically breakfast is served at 8 am, Lunch at 12 pm and Dinner at 5:30 pm - we ring the same mealtime bell that has been a part of the Lost River Retreat Center forever, alerting everyone that "It's time to eat!"  Guests help by clearing their dishes after the meal has ended.  Below is an example of a typical menu.
